Sharon Holahan joined Global Aerospace in 1984 and has served in multiple claims roles throughout her tenure. She was named executive vice president global head of complex claims in 2021. Previously Sharon served as director of U.S. claims. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Global Aerospace Inc. and the Global Aerospace Group Executive Committee. Sharon has oversight responsibility for complex matters across all of the offices of Global Aerospace. A founding member and first president of the International Aviation Women’s Association, she is also a past chair of the American Bar Association’s Aviation and Space Law Committee of the Torts and Insurance Section. She has been selected for membership in the International Who’s Who of Professionals in Aviation and is a member of the International Academy of Defense Counsel.

Sharon holds a Juris Doctorate and is a member of the New York and New Jersey Bars and a private pilot.
