This role is responsible to support Legal/Compliance Department in implementation of various policies, procedures, and
legal/compliance initiatives. Further duties and responsibilities are below:
• Prepare and transmit written correspondence to both company employees and third parties
• Track status and follow up in writing and/or verbally on outstanding responses/information/tasks.
• Liaise with third parties and company employees regarding compliance requirements/responsibilities
• Database input and management
• Invoice review and management
• Document review, redaction, and production
• Clerical work such as photocopying, collating, scheduling meetings
• Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications
Education:
• Associates degree or higher preferred
Skills/Experience:
Required:
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Interest in varied workload and learning new areas of compliance and the law
Preferred:
• Work in legal or insurance environment
