Global Aerospace Names Stelios Koursaris as New Head of Finance in the USA to Succeed Retiring CFO John Kelly
Global Aerospace is pleased to announce that they have appointed Stylianos (Stelios) Koursaris as Senior Vice President, Operations & Chief Financial Officer – USA, effective August 1, 2023, to succeed John Kelly (Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer) who will be retiring from his role in December 2023.
John began his 26-year tenure at Global Aerospace as Chief Financial Officer and has served as Executive Vice President, Operations and Chief Financial Officer since 2015. John’s contributions through the years are immeasurable, his institutional knowledge is invaluable, and he has touched virtually every financial process and system we use today. We wish John all the best for the future in his retirement.
Reporting to Jeff Bruno, President and Chief Underwriting Officer, Global Aerospace, Stelios will lead the US finance team in delivering efficient and high-quality services while guiding tactical and strategic decisions for the company.
Stelios brings over 25 years’ experience in the insurance industry to his role and joins Global Aerospace from Chubb. Stelios has a strong background in regulatory and management reporting, financial planning and analysis, accounting policy, management information systems, and data analytics. Stelios is a CPA and holds an MBA from Rutgers University.
